1. Shipping costs & timeframes

  1. Spend over $119 for complimentary shipping; otherwise, shipping is $10.

    Orders typically ship within 1 business day.

    Delivery time varies from 1-7 business days based on your location.

2. Shipping locations 

  1. Currently serving Australia only, with plans to expand globally in the future.

3. Order tracking:  

  1. All orders are shipped via tracked courier for your peace of mind.

    You'll receive an email with your tracking number upon shipment.

4. Shipping terms and conditions:   

  1. During checkout, choose your shipping option with displayed pricing. By accepting our terms, you authorize delivery acceptance by any individual over 18 at the provided address.

    Harrington Bjugård Distilling is not liable for incorrect details provided.

    Once dispatched from our Coolum Beach warehouse, you assume ownership and associated risks. Standard shipping to metro areas takes 2-7 days, while regional deliveries may take longer.

    While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, we do not guarantee them and are not liable for delays, including those due to epidemics or pandemics.

    In exceptional circumstances, we may delay delivery, arrange redelivery, or issue a refund.

5. Transit packaging  

  1. Your Harrington Bjugård Distilling bottle/s will arrive safe and secure wrapped in the protection with either of the following:

    1.1 Single bottle - Custom 4mm cardboard with airbag

    1.2 Six bottle shipper carton – Custom 4mm cardboard with dividers

6. Northern Territory orders 

  1. Residents of the Northern Territory must undergo additional price checks to comply with liquor pricing regulations. Final product prices are subject to these calculations.
